On June 1, on the occasion of International Children’s Day, with the support of the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health, the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia and the United Nations Children's Fund, Giorgi Kekelidze read fairy tale to children online within the TV program “Reading Hour with Giorgi Kekelidze”.

During the online session, Giorgi Kekelidze, General Director of the National Library, read a book on coronavirus published by the British children's publisher Nosy Crow to the children (and their families). The children asked interesting questions.

Any person willing to join the session had the opportunity to participate by visiting the link.

The goal of the organizers was to promote the correct behavioral skills in children, which is extremely important to protect from COVID-19. Detailed information about the book can be found at the link.
