Bernard Outtier, a renowned French Kartvelologist, delivered hundreds of unique editions to Georgia's National Library's Museum of Immigration and Book Museum.

The good news was announced  by Giorgi Kekelidze, General Director of the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia. He went on to thank the historian Lasha Quetzamor and former Ambassador to Georgia Eka Siradze-Delone for their invaluable assistance in negotiations.
