The National Parliamentary Library hands over 50 books to Georgian Diaspora in Germany for Georgian prisoners of Landshut Prison.  

Georgian prisoners asked the Diaspora for Georgian books. After the negotiations, the prison administration arranged a space for Georgian books at the prison library. The National Library responded to this initiative and managed to interest the publishers and individuals in helping the prisoners. “With this small gift we support the prisoners and continue to help them in this direction in the future”, said Giorgi Kekelidze, General Director of the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia.
