The National Parliamentary Library of Georgia joins the action “Wandering Books” with the co-action “Home Wandering Books at the National Library”. 

Participants of the action “Wandering Books” leave the books in Tbilisi streets, transport, and different places. Those willing to read the books can take them, read and put back somewhere in the city. This action is supported by 50 000 people in social network. They have already started leaving books at various places.

The national library addressees people to bring the books at the National Library after they have read it.  In case the book turns out to be missing from the National Library collections, the library will exchange it for another book. If the book appears to be a rare edition, the owner will get several books in turn, which later will also be let to wander.

With the participation in the action “Home Wandering Books at the National Library” people will make an important contribution to filling the National Library Collections.
