On February 12,The National Library signed the memorandum of understanding with the Georgian Chess Federation.

According to Giorgi Kekelidze, the General Director of the National Library, together with different interesting events, the National Library will host major chess tournaments and digitalize the publications about chess preserved at the National Library.
