On 20 January, the Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia and Soviet Past Research Laboratory.

Within the framework of the Memorandum, the National Library will help the SOVLAB with the research work. The parties will implement joint educational projects. The study of biographies of the parliament members of the first Republic of Georgia followed by the exhibition of materials has also been planned. The biographies will be published on the Internet.
