May 21, the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia was visited by the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran H. E. Mr. Mojtaba Dameerchilu.  On the meeting with NPLG Director General Boris Gagua he discussed the perspectives of future cooperation between the NPLG and the National Library of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Mr. Dameerchilu visited the Oriental Centre at the NPLG where, among others, Persian books are kept. In future the Iranian collection of the centre will be enriched with the help of the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
