On 27 February, Giorgi Kekelidze, the General Director, and other representatives of the National Library met with IDPs in Rustavi Culture Centre and donated over 300 books. The event was held within the framework of the project „Assistance for IDPs; Civic Education and Inclusion”.
The project was organized by the Instrumental ensemble “Bravo” and financially supported by the U.S. Embassy. The National Library will host the displaced children within the project.
At Rustavi Culture Centre, representatives of Rustavi Municipality, US embassy, executive and legislative authorities, representatives of NGOs and media met with IDPs, who were given a lecture on the activities of executive and the legislative organizations.
The project will be continued in the future.
