On October 9, Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the National Library, Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) and Gulf Georgia. According to the agreement, libraries will be opened in schools of Akhalkalaki Municipality. Sunday schools will also be arranged and lectures will be held once a month. The project is supported by the Delegation of the European Union to Georgia.
