On 22 October, the memorandum of understanding was signed between the National Library and Italian-Georgian Organization Minerva.

The representatives of the organization donated to the National Library the collection of scientific research about Italian language, and Italian translations of works by contemporary writers. The books will be available in the Italian Library.

The organization will arrange a course of Italian language for the National Library employees.
