The National Library launches the photo sessions “Library Addict”.

The Language Archive (TLA) at Max Plank Institute for Psycholinguistics donated a server to the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia. The Language Archive (TLA) at Max Plank Institute for Psycholinguistics in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, and the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia will collaborate on the establishment of a regional digital language archive. This collaboration is funded by the European Commission through the INNET project.

Representatives of the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia visited Guram Tikanadze Museum in Galati, village in Mestia Region, and digitalized his archive.

The National Parliamentary Library and the company Geocell donated 300 books to Ushguli Library in Mestia Region.

The Book Festival at which the National Parliamentary Library will be represented in an interesting, different from previous years format, opens at Expo Georgia on 29 May.

On 27 May, the memorandum of understanding will be signed between the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia and EU-Georgia Business Council.

The Association “Kvali”, namely, Shota Vashakidze, the Head of the Association, handed to the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia archives and books of Georgian emigrants to the United States.
