The dictionary is supported by the National Library of Georgia.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of outstanding Georgians. We hope that whole Georgia will be involved in filling this unique dictionary.

Biography

ჩვენამდე მოღწეულია ხელნაწერი, რომელშიც ერთადაა შეკინძული ორი "მარხვანი". ერთ-ერთი ნაწილის გადამწერი უნდა იყოს XVIII საუკუნის მოღვაწე თეკლე ბოლქვაძე. ასეთი ვარაუდის საფუძველს იძლევა ხელნაწერში შემონახული ანდერძი: "ღმერთო დიდებულო, იესუ ქრისტეო, შეიწყალე ამის მწერალი. უცოდვილესი თეკლა ბოლქვაძის ქალი. ვინაცა შეანდობა მიბრძანოთ, თქვენცა შეგინდოს ღმერთმან". მწიგნობარი.
