Narrow-mindedness of theoretical understanding of man, had been recognized in the XIX century. Philosophers had to produce universal method which would be analogous to the method of natural sciences that would give rise to discoveries in spiritual sphere. History of hermeneutics is nothing but history of trials to achieve that aim. There are many historical forms of that paradigm; the most important one is the superman. All those are forms of renewal of the essence of a man. Which are divided to the individual and institutional technologies. The aim of technology of understanding is creation of industry of charismatic persons - supermen. Universal hermeneutics is inwardly paradoxical; it is not able to truly transcend.
