The aim of the article is to show the attempt of psychological study of the conflict on the basis of anthropological theory of Attitude. Social attitude and its characteristics play a main part in activity of the person of the human.

The experimental data proved that such characteristics of Social Attitude as Valency, Zone of Acceptance, Asymmetric zone of Acceptance and Sharpness-Vagueness are definitely connected to parameters of the conflict among nationalities. Namely, it was found out, that a positive valency, a large zone of acceptance, a positive trend of asymmetry and vagueness of social attitude cause tendency of co-operation and a negative valency, a small zone of acceptance, a negative trend of asymmetry and sharpness of social attitude express tendency of conflict.

The complex study of the specified features will allow to establish psychological mechanisms of the conflict that will promote in turn the regulation of relationship among the people, nationalities and states.

In the article is undertaken the attempt of study characteristics of Social Attitude dependent on valency.

As a result, it is revealed the following characteristics of Social Attitude dependent on valency: the Basic Tendency of Acceptance and Valency of Dominant Zone of Acceptance. The suggested characteristics of Social Attitude enable study of the valency of Social Attitude more deeply, that in the definite extent will promote the prediction and regulation of relationship among the people or social groups.

During the inspection of a nature of social attitude were established the dependent and independent characteristics of social attitude.

The work concerns the valency of social attitude and the following characteristics independent from it: Zone of Acceptance, Zone of Acceptability, Grade of Position, Place of Zone of Acceptance and Sharpness-Differentiation of social attitude. The represented characteristics determine more perfectly and significantly the social attitude, which certainly will enrich the both general and social sphere of psychology.
