"Sketches from the history of political science - MAX VEBER - politic and the political scientist" is the basic research from this area with definition of democratic concepts. By the principle of the German sociologist and the founder of political science - MAX VEBER - a principle of policasualysm, is to create a model of intellectual, ideal and state system , the categories used in his political theory are the following: "Domination", "legitimacy", "bureaucracy", "plutocracy", "plebiscite", "elite", "charismatic domination" and others, will consist of such definitions and explanations which are useful not only to studying and an estimation of political processes of modern Georgia, but they can render and arrange practical help in questions of increasing of political culture, in improvement of forms of the state board … Investigation of this scientific work is formulated conceptually as follows: an explanation Political theory of MAX VEBER finding-out the legitimate state with three basic traditional types: traditional, charismatic and rational - legal or with an explanation of the attitude of legal domination; definition of the mechanism of the control of the bureaucratic device in rational - legal concepts "plebiscite democracy".
