Biography

აკაკი ყურაშვილი, სოხუმის სუბტროპიკული ინსტიტუტის დამთავრების შემდეგ, მუშაობას იწყებს ბოლნისის ღვინის ქარხანაში, სადაც მისი უფროსი ძმა ჯიმშერი მუშაობდა. შემდეგი წლები გაატარა "სამტრესტი"–ს სისტემის ღვინის ქარხნებში, რომლებიც ქვეყნის გარეთ მდებარეობდა. ჯერ იყო ყაზანში და შემდეგ, 1967 წლიდან, სამარის ღვინის ქარხანაში მოღვაწეობდა. 2001 წელს დაბრუნდა საქართველოში.
