Aidinov
Aidinov - Synonym: Gori peach. Origin unknown. Is not widely distributed in the districts of Georgia. Is met as single tree’s in the Gori, Skrini and Khidistavi selsoviets.
Among the merits of this sort may mentioned.:large size of fruit. Good flavor, vigorous growth of the tree, comparatively good resistance to fungus diseases.
In appearance the tree reminds that of Khidistavi white.
Fruit large (7,0x7,2x7,3 cm), round in shape, with a knobbed surface and a much pronounced tip. Flesh white, firm, very sweet, juicy, aromatic.
Stone clinging.
Crop ripens in the beginning of September.
Fruits are used fresh and canned for compote.
