Narindji is an Armenian peach not very common in Georgia.
This sort is esteemed for its large showy fruits with a firm pulp, giving a canning product of high quality, and also as a fall sort, acceptable for table.
In the Gori district, the crop ripens in the beginning of October.
Among the merits of this sort may be mentioned; comparatively good resistance of the tree and heavy productivity, and among defect great susceptibility to „leaf curl“.
Narindji is a perspective sort for peach growing districts of Georgia.
